Big Bend National Park is a massive park in the western southern part of the state, hugging the border between the US and Mexico for over 150 miles. It’s a remote park that takes a while to get to, but it delivers in its variety of environments and features.

Click Image to View Gallery: Different Weather Patterns The weather driving into the park was cold and rainy, but once I got south of the visitors center, the weather broke. If you look at the left third of this image, you'll see the weather being held-back by the mountains in the center of the park.
